FAQ - Envoilettre

The online letter is a service that we have developed to allow you to send a letter from home without having to go to the post office. To send your letter, you just have to upload your letter already written on our platform or use our writing software. Once you have chosen the printing options and the recipient(s), all you have to do is proceed with the secure payment and we will take care of printing and distributing it in exactly the same conditions as a standard letter.

To deliver your letters we use the services of La Poste, so the delivery of a standard letter can vary between 1 to 3 days maximum for a delivery in metropolitan France. The delivery time of a letter will also vary according to its mode of sending, registered, followed or simple.

Simple sending: The simple sending is characterized by a traditional mode of sending with a delivery time between 1 to 3 days. Registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt: Registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt is a specialized method of sending that allows the sender of a letter to receive a proof of receipt signed by the recipient.

On Envoilettre you can import your letters already written and ready to be sent in .PDF format. We will inform you when more.

If you see a direct debit with the word Envoilettre on your account statement, it is undoubtedly because you have taken out a subscription to our services. To obtain more information about your Envoilettre subscription, you can consult the General Conditions of your subscription or contact a Envoilettre consultant.

Cancelling your Envoilettre subscription is completely free and instantaneous, just go to our cancellation page and follow the instructions. You will only need to enter the email address you used when you signed up for your subscription to terminate it.

Envoilettre has a helpdesk that will assist you or answer your questions about Envoilettre's services. You can contact the Envoilettre consultants from Monday to Saturday, 8am-8pm. A Envoilettre consultant will get back to you within 24 hours of your contact.
